Mr. Himmel formed Related Urban Development with The Related Companies in January, 1997. Prior to forming the Company, Mr. Himmel was the owner of Himmel and Company, a Boston-based firm recognized as one of the nation's leading innovators in the blending of retail and entertainment uses.

In February 2004, Mr. Himmel as the co-managing partner, opened Time Warner Center, the 2.8 million square foot mixed-use project at Columbus Circle in New York City which serves as the home for Time Warner, Inc, Mandarin Oriental New York, Jazz at Lincoln Center, One Central Park Residences, and The Shops of Columbus Circle which includes restaurants operated by world-class chefs Thomas Keller, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Masa Takayama, Charlie Trotter and Gray Kunz. Other recent developments include City Place, the $500 million 72 acre retail mixed use development, which opened in West Palm Beach in 2000 transforming downtown West Palm Beach into a vibrant and active destination.

Between 1990 and 1996, Mr. Himmel initiated and served as managing or co-managing partner for the development of Seattle's new Pacific Place, a 500,000 square foot entertainment/retail center which opened in September, 1998; Reston Town Center, a 1.5 million square foot retail and hotel project that has become the new downtown for Fairfax County, Virginia, and 730 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, a 600,000 square foot luxury retail and hotel project which opened in November, 1998, and is anchored by Tiffany, Pottery Barn, Banana Republic, and a Polo/Ralph Lauren "department store". Prior to forming his firm, Mr. Himmel was a principal with Urban Investment and Development Company in Chicago where, among other projects, he was responsible for the development of Copley Place, the $600 million landmark mixed-use development in Boston's Back Bay and Water Tower Place on Chicago's North Michigan Avenue. Mr. Himmel received a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Cornell University - School of Hotel Administration in 1970 and a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary in 1968.

Mrs. Houlihan is the President and Owner of E. H. Houlihan & Associates, an executive search and consulting firm. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer for CO Space, Inc.,Burlington,Ma. and has held numerous Senior Management positions with Nynex Corporation (now known as Verizon).

She most recently served on the Board of Directors of MCK Communications, a public company, where she served on the Compensation Committee. In the past she has served on the Board of Trustees for Lawrence General Hospital, and the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, New Hampshire, Northern Mass Telephone Workers Credit Union, New Hampshire State Coordinator for the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project in Washington DC, and the Advisory Board for the Center for Applied Business Ethics centered in Wellesley, MA. She was the recipient of the YWCA 1993 Women's Achievement Award in New York City.




J. J. Healy

J.J. Healy is the founder of Healy Capital, a venture, real estate and investment company, and is a Venture Partner at Grand Banks Capital, an early stage venture capital fund in Boston. JJ is a technology industry veteran with more than fifteen years of operational, investment, and M&A experience with companies including EMC Corporation, CS First Boston and Yahoo! Inc.

Prior to founding Healy Capital, Mr. Healy was vice president of corporate development for Yahoo! Inc., where he teamed with founder Jerry Yang, to develop Yahoo's acquisition and investment program. During his tenure at Yahoo!, J.J. led a team that completed over 20 corporate investments and 16 acquisitions, totaling more than $10 billion, including several of the largest acquisitions in the history of the Internet. He is also Owner of the Double J Ranch LLC, a cattle operation located in Daniel, WY, where he is on the Advisory Board of the Upper Green River Valley Land Trust.

J.J. received his BS in chemistry from Saint Anselm College, where he is a member of the Board of Trustees and chairman of the Technology Committee. He received his MBA in International Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management-Thunderbird.
